Ingin ditanggapi? Buatlah tabel2 secara manual, seperti apa bentuknya (formulir2 yang ada), trus inginnya yang diotomatisasi seperti apa?
Kalau hanya kata2 sederhana, akan multi tafsir, sehingga penanggap akan malas untuk membantu.
Yang dibilang tersebut itu yang mana?
Apa ketinggalan?

Berhubung Pak/Bu Arifna sepertinya belum memahami masalahnya sendiri,
maaf, (terbukti
saat ini tidak bisa/tidak berkenanmengajukan sepotong contoh dummies data
pun), maka kami menyarankan pengadministrasian kegiatan sekolah dengan :

- mendatangkan trainer / orang yg paham untuk menjelaskan secara face to
face
sekaligus menganalisis apa keperluannya &

atau

- membeli software khusus aplikasi sekolahan (banyak) dana yg murah /
lingkup kecil
biasanya software dijual dengan paket pelatihannya, di situlah kesempatan
untuk mengetahui "masalahnya sendiri".

sebagai gambaran kasar...
Tata kelola administrasi murid (dan pembayarannya) kira-kira seperti ini

- ada tabel data semua murid
( NIS, NAMA, ALAMAT, NAMA ORTU, KELAS, JURUSAN dst)

- ada tabel-tabel BAYARAN (atau apalah istilahnya), yaitu nama nama "JASA
SEKOLAHAN"
yg harus dibayar oleh murid
- nama jasa, besarnya jasa (rp), periode bayar (harian, mingguan, bulanan?)

- ada tabel transaksi
yaitu tabel untuk menampung semua pembayaran masuk

TGL, NOMOR TRANSAKSI, NIS, (dan/ATAU NAMA SISWA), NAMA BAYARAN, BESARNYA
BAYARAN, BULANYG DIBAYAR, BESARNYA BAYARAN, KETR TAMBAHAN

Dengan 3 jenis tabel itu, nantinya semua REPORT akan dapat dikeluarkan
dengan cukup jelas.

catatan:
Tabel Transaksi jangan dipisah pisah misalnya per kelas, per bulan dsb,
sebaiknya menjadi 1 dan terus berkesinambungan.
Pemisahan per kelas, per nama bayaran, perbulan, persiswa dsb adalah REPORT
yg dibuat "otomatis" berdasarkan 3 jenis tabel utama di atas.

Demikian sekedar gambaran & pembuka wawasan..

Dear Mbak Siti dan Pakar Excel yg lain.

Saya pengen punya cell yg saling terkait Nge-LINK dan berantai banyak dengan
cell yg lain.
nah ketika file ini sudah lama tidak dipakai dan kemudian dibuka lagi kita
lupa mana cell yg jadi MASTER (inputan manual)
Apa ada TIps Gimana cara cepat mengetahui cell yg jadi master inputan manual
tanpa kita harus ngecek satu-satu.

disanalah kita tahu file apa yg menjadi master filenya..

Sebuah cell (kita sebut *cell X *) sering punya 2 jenis *TTM, *teman tapi
mesra, seperti mbak Yvonne.

*1. Presedent cells*
Yaitu cell-cell yg yg dirujuk oleh cell X, alamat cell dependent tertulis
sbg bagiand ari formula yg ada di cell X
jadi kalau si presedent berubah cell X ikut berubah nilainya
Jika di A1 tertulis =B1+C1, maka B1 dan C1 adalah Presedent cells bagi A1

*2. Dependent cells*
Yaitu cell yg merujuk ke cell X, jadi alamat (reference) cell X tertulis di
cell dependent sebagai bagian dari formula yg ada didalamnya.
Jika cell X berubah nilinya maka cell dependent ikut berubah.
Jika di A1 tertulis =B1+C1, maka A1 adalah Dependent cell bagi B1 mapun
bagi C1

Rujukan ke cell lain dapat melibatkan cell di sheet yg sama, di sheet lain
maupun di workbook lain.

(lho kok malah kembali ke pelajaran dasar ? Ya gak pa pa. itung itugn sambil
represhing..)

Untuk mencari dengan cepat Dependent Cells maupun Presedent Cells bagi suatu
cell, di excel sudah disediakan beberapa tools nya.

1.
menu Tools > *Formula Auditing *(excel 2003)
atau Ribbon Tab: FORMULA, > Group: FOrmula AUditing (excel 2007)
d situ banak terdapat Aikon/tombol untuk mempercepat penncarian Presendet /
Dependent cell

Tombol F5 (atau menu Edit > *Goto) > Special Cells*
di situ ada Option Button untuk mencari Dependent dan juga Presedent cells

Di Excel 2003: menu* Edit > Links*
Di Excel 2007: Office Button > *Edit Links To Files*
DI situ ada dialogbox yg memudahkan kita mencari & membuka workbook dimana
bersemayam cells yg di link/dirujuk.

pakai cara praktis saja

1. deteksi letak cell kosong di bawah tabel 1 (list), cukup 1 cell di kolom
1 saja
2. deteksi letak & dimensi tabel 2 (rev) lalu dicopy
3. dipaste ke cell hasil langkah 1
4. range baru yg terbentk dikenakan metoda sort dengan kolom 2 sbg kunci
sorting, order: manaik

Sebenarnya selama ini saya pakai system manual
dengan vlookup di dummy column di file "List" terus saya pindahin dan di beri color
data revisi tidak berurutan sebenarnya hanay sample saya ambil dari data (list)

jadi maksud yg sebenarnya bagaimana, mohon diceritakan

(kalau melihat GAMBARAN HASIL yg diperlihatkan tadi, sepertinya "jalan
ceritak"
yg siti ajukan tadi sudah sesuai
jika belum sesuai, di bagian mananya yg masih perlu ubah ?
nanti bisa kita perbaiki.

setelah oke, soal mengimplementasikan ke code itu masalah kedua dan gampang.

mengenai jumlah records (volume data) tidak jadi masalah, prinsip kerjanya
tetap sama.

Saya ingin bertanya, hal apakah saja yang dapat membantu meringankan saat
menggunakan Ms Excel selain spek komputer dan jumlah data kita.

- Excel versi 2003 lebih cepat, namun jumlah baris dan kolom data, formula dan formatnya lebih terbatas.
- Penggunaan macro, menurut saya, akan mempercepat untuk jumlah data yang besar.
- Software khusus untuk mempercepat Excel belum penah saya temukan. Kalau ada saya juga mau.
