Thanks Dave S. The formula you gave was quite short but correct and it works perfectly!! My formula was very long and incorrect on some point. I kept revising and revising until it became too long. You can see I was struggling as I am still newbie. I'm still understanding how your short formula works.
I plan to translate (or code) this formula into VBA so people won't see the formula or mess with it.
