Thanks for the heads up. Turns out the "Rank within" elements all worked on
the RCHGetElementNumber() template for the IBD Checkup page because the
definitions all had a cell reference in them, which applied to that
workbook only. I also noted a few other issues with other elements.

I ended up fixing IBD elements #2005, 2017, 2029, 2041, 2087; Adding
element #2116 (Market Status Label); obsoleting element #2001 (exchange, no
longer on the page)

I've uploaded the new version of smf-elements-9.txt, as well as the
associated files.

Best practice is to replace SMF add-in files when EXCEL is closed.
