Before I looked at your images, I thought your issue would probably be the
Microsoft security update issue from July, but those images don't give me a
clue as to what might be going on, other than that there's some issue with
your Solver add-in...
I don't see anything related to the SMF add-in there?
You could try starting up EXCEL in safe mode:

I've given up....yahoo engineers are making it nearly impossible to scrape and grab Mutual Fund data from this URL.
It's all mostly all dynamic HTML and Javascript.....really sucks.
They obviously did this intentionally.

Yeah. The source code of the new Yahoo web pages can be a terror to go
through. I've given up a few times myself.
However, most (all?) of the mutual fund data on Yahoo comes from
MorningStar. Why not just go to the source?

I have been running a spread sheet for a long time that uses the SMF add-
ins with no issues. A couple of months ago it stopped working properly.
Each time I open the spread sheet I have to open excel options uncheck the
smf add-ins then close the window and open again and check the smf add-in.
once I have followed this procedure the functions act normally.
For example I have a cell the contains =RCHGetYahooQuotes(C91,"l1") where
C91 contains the sticker symbol. If I do not follow the procedure outlined
above the cell contains
='C:\Downloads\RCH_STOCK_MARKET_FUNCTIONS\RCH_Stock_Market_Functions-
2.1.2014.01.30\RCH_Stock_Market_Functions.xla'!RCHGetYahooQuotes(C91,"l1")
I cannot figure out what is happening.

This was discussed in a number of message threads back in July and August.
The problem appears to be related to a July MicroSoft security update. It's
not letting EXCEL load the add-in when EXCEL starts up. As a result, you
are getting link errors, because EXCEL can't resolve the links to the
add-in.
For a workaround suggested by Microsoft, until they fix the issue, see:

Hi Randy, i hope you are well. What is the best way to download into Excel, Element #s 559, 567, 571, 609, 560, 699 and 700 for about 500 companies? i have used a 'download table' in the past but it is slow. Also, I have started receiving 'Error39; messages for some companies but not all, for eg, WOW.AX and WES.AX. Has Yahoo changed the Element #'s? Lots of thanks.

For something like that, yes, I would use the smfUpdateDownloadTable
process. Because you can download the data piecemeal, and have values
returned. No worries about recalculations when the worksheet is opened or
being worked on.
WOW.AX doesn't work because it doesn't have an analyst estimates web page.
But WES.AX works for me.
It could be you ran into the 1000 web page limit per "session" of the
add-in. That's because the add-in is intended for ad hoc usage, not
database building. The add-in saves the web page to an array, and then
extracts the data from that saved web page. But that array only has 1000
slots.
That data would require 500 web page retrievals. According to my log, they
take under a third of a second each. But that still means about 3 minutes
to get all the data.
The download table process adds SOME overhead, but not much. I would
suspect it was taking a long time simply because of the number of web pages
you were retrieving data from. With the download table process, it's almost
too easy to add more tickers or more data items.

Many thanks Randy.
Is it possible that Yahoo has removed the WOW.AX analyst estimates page? It worked yesterday.
