Hello, using Excel 2007 I built a sheet to simply pull stock quotes from yahoo and populate the sheet. When I click on the refresh button at the top of the Excel sheet toolbar the quotes do not update. I read elsewhere that
using the macro command smfForceRecalculation will do it right within the spreadsheet.
Can someone please guide or direct me to where I can find out the proper coding/syntax of the command so I would easily be able to refresh on-demand within the opened spreadsheet without having to close the sheet and reopen to refresh?
I am not familiar with macro writing so I would need more detailed instructions.
any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Check out the write-up on the macro on the "Tips and FAQs" web page.
I just assigned the macro to a button on my toolbar, so I can just click on
it any time I want a full update of SMF formulas.

Is it possible to pull the 'NBA Rank' value (here 54,902) with the add in from the following webpage:
http://www.dfsgold.com/player-search?s=bhodgman http://www.dfsgold.com/player-search?s=bhodgman
?
I've looked thru the source code for the page, but can't seem to figure it a method/formula...
Would GREATLY appreciate any thoughts/suggestions.
(and sorry if this is a repost, didn't seem to go through earlier).

Sorry, but I don't see a way. It's dynamically doing the search and
returning the results, so the content isn't within the source code of the
web page.

Is there any way to use the add in to pull data from this page -- in particular the 'NBA rank' here - 54,902?
I've been looking thru the source code for the page, and just can't seem to figure it out...
Any thoughts/suggestion
