You can just use the INDEX() function to pull back the row and column of
the table. For example:
=INDEX(RCHGetHTMLTable("https://www.marketscreener.com/APPLE-4849/company/","Sales
per Businesses",-2,,2,,10,10),4,1)
=INDEX(RCHGetHTMLTable("https://www.marketscreener.com/APPLE-4849/company/","Sales
per Businesses",-2,,2,,10,10),4,2)

If I open it in IE it still asks me if I want to open AAPL.json.

Yes, and what expiration dates did that JSON file contain?

I am not sure whether it is Windows 10 that is doing this or Excel 365, but my smf formulas are converted to #N/A. Sometimes the old values appear but if you select the cell says #N/A.
I am still using Excel in 2003 simulation mode meaning it is *.xls file. Why? Because I also use quite a few macros. Been thinking of saving the file as *.xlsm if it would solve this. I'll give this a try and report back.

I use xls and xla files to be backward compatible.
You only need an xlsm file if the workbook itself has macros. The add-in is
an external file, so it won't matter.
#N/A is typically an EXCEL error, so I would need to see the specific
formulas involved. And you should try them in a newly created workbook
(note that a new file wouldn't be assigned a file type, xls or xlsm)..
