Your guess is as good as mine as to exactly which fields you'd need to extract. However, I would suspect the "Moderate Buy" and "22.52%" values are derived and calculated from data on the file, not actually sourced directly from it.
That is, the "Moderate Buy" is probably a textual interpretation of the analyst consensus from the file, and the 22.52% is probably calculated using the price target and the current price.
