Randy and other gurus,
I have been a great fan of the functions and have been using them for a long time. They suddenly have stopped working. They were working perfectly even a month ago when I last checked.
Quite simply, the most common function that I use - RCHGetYahooQuotes - is not returning any values. It does not give any errors though.
I tried to de-install, delete folder, re-install, but the problem persists i.e. no data.
I also used RCHGetYahooHistory and smfGetGoogleOptionQuote with the same results i.e. no result, blank cell.
I am using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 Version: 14.0.7128.5000 (32-bit) under Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1.
Any help will be deeply appreciated.

If you're in EXCEL, exit and restart. In a brand new workbook, what do you
get with:
=RCHGetElementNumber("MMM",942)
=RCHGetYahooQuotes("MMM","l1")
=RCHGetElementNumber("Version")

Well, at least you got "Error" instead of blanks. Blanks made no sense to
me.
My guess would be that something is preventing access to the Internet. Did
you install a firewall of some type, that locks out EXCEL and the add-in?
Can you use the EXCEL Web Query dialog (alt+d+d+w) to access the Internet?

Randy,
It was my new corporate proxy which was preventing access. Once bypassed, everything works OK. thanks for the pointer.
