as shown in the message. Replace that with a space and

haven't been anxious to attack MorningStar
element

definitions, because there are so many, and
they don't

necessarily replace the original elements that

defined.

It's a messy process. Also, since they
have such

specific data on each web page, I'm afraid
the 1000 web

page limit would be hit quickly for people
getting data on

multiple tickers. That wasn't a concern
when everything

was on one print page.

If you

have a few data items you use regularly, you
could always

define your own element numbers for those
items.

Might be. More likely the formula is getting mangled up between Yahoo and
your email client.

Make sure there are no inserted blanks or whatnot. You can paste back here
what you're getting and maybe we can see where it's going wrong?

These was an error in the formula. I let excel fix it, so the results may not be what you wanted

Randy, it is possible to divide the formula in 2, so the second takes input from the result of the first? In this way we can know were is failing?

haven't been anxious to attack MorningStar element
definitions, because there are so many, and they don't
necessarily replace the original elements that were
defined.

It's a messy process. Also, since they have such
specific data on each web page, I'm afraid the 1000 web
page limit would be hit quickly for people getting data on
multiple tickers. That wasn't a concern when everything
was on one print page.

If you

have a few data items you use regularly, you could always
define your own element numbers for those items.

Sure. The formula to get the cID is:

If that's in cell D3, the rest of the formula:

=RCHGetTableCell("http://bond.morningstar.com/internal/company.aspx?cID=
"&D3,1,"Cashflow")

Note: MorningStar is a website that sometimes requires you to visit the
website BEFORE using SMF extractions, because they sometimes have a
redirection to an advertisement on your first visit of the day. By visiting
the site (with the EXCEL Web Query or IE), it clears that first redirection
by creating a cookie that says the redirection no longer needs to be done.
