Good morning Randy,
I hope all is well with you.
I'd appreciate you helping me to figure out why RCHgetwebdata function (1) has become unstable and function (2) has stopped working all together. Function (1) which I use daily started to act up yesterday.
I have a spreadsheet using function (1) with multiple tickers that result in a combination of closing prices and "value" errors. Recalculating individual cells or spreadsheet doesn't eliminate the value errors. Verification of tickers with value error on the BLOOMBERG site confirms instability of formula.
(1) =IF($J$3="No"," ",smfConvertData(smfStrExtr(RCHGetWebData("https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/"&$A10,"itemprop=""price""",100),"content=""","""")))
A10 = BCOM:IND
BCOMSP:IND BCOMAU:IND BCOMCH:IND BCOMEU:IND BCOMGB:IND
(2) =RCHGetWebData("https://www.bloomberg.com/markets/api/bulk-time-series/price/HSI:IND?timeFrame=1_YEAR")
Thank you.

I'm not sure what to tell you, as both functions are working fine here
right now. Possibly a temporary website issue?
What method were you using for "recalculating individual cells or
spreadsheet"? That would require running an add-in macro.

Thanks for the quick reply Randy.
The recalculation is done through the SMF options (right click mouse): "Recalculate Selection" or "Recalculate Spreadsheet".
Before yesterday, whenever the bloomberg spreadsheet showed "value" error or blank cells instead of closing price I'd run either of the two options above to fix it.

Either of those should grab a new copy of the web page. So I'd suspect a
temporary issue with the website.
Are they working now?
