Some data from the Zacks website is not accessible without a membership and password. Where do I enter that password, so that RCHGetElementNumber will return (e.g., Zacks Rank) without an "Error"?

You need to log in using EXCEL's IE object (keyboard shortcut alt+d+d+w).
Navigate to the web site, log in, and then cancel out. That should create
your security cookie for the web site. But they do expire, and the amount
of time varies from website to website.
Once you've done that, you should run the smfForceRecalculation macro to
purge all saved copies of web pages (which would have been saved before you
accessed the web page with a security cookie in place).
