               Hello Randy,
In your response you mention "EXCEL39;s "From Web (Legacy)" browser object.".
I never heard of this/that.
What is it?

It's what you get when you do the alt+d+d+w keyboard shortcut. When I add
it to my Quick Access Toolbar, the option is called "From Web (Legacy)"...

I don't know what this is. Never heard of it.

The stockscouter website I use is

https://quotes.freerealtime.com/stock-scouter?title=AAPL https://quotes.freerealtime.com/stock-scouter?title=AAPL

However, it is now saying, for example, that aapl is invalid...or any other stock symbol you use.

I also get that for any ticker symbol I use, even if I click through from
one on their StockScouter lists. So probably a problem on their site.

Randy, do you know of any websites that have free stock ratings?

I've been using https://quotes.freerealtime.com/stock-scouter?title=AAPL https://quotes.freerealtime.com/stock-scouter?title=AAPL

But apparently it isn't working any more.

And if so, can I access it through SMF...what would be the formula to use in Excel?

Thanks.

               Hello Randy,
It looks like I may have another website that gives you free rankings of stocks.

Here is an example:

https://www.stockscores.com/charts/charts/?ticker=t https://www.stockscores.com/charts/charts/?ticker=t

The other should give you a ranking for T .. AT&T.

What would be the formula I could use in Excel that will enable me to extract the rating which is at the top...and would point to a cell in my Excel spreadsheet for the stock ticker?

You may want to add this sight to SMF!!! :)
especially...if Stockscouter no longer works in the future.

Thanks.

               Hi Randy,

I hope all is well with you. Question for you....

All of a sudden (yesterday and today), I'm getting an "Error" for RCHGetElementNumbers 987, 945, 972, 977, 978, 979, 982, 4925 for any stock symbol that I use.

These ElementNumbers worked last week. Do you experience an Error with these numbers? Do you think Yahoo did something to their website again?

Thanks.
