Cell $B$4 tells you how many years are available. If it says 19, you need
years 10 thru 19 (in whichever order you choose). Modify the column lookup
as needed. It might be easiest to use a "worker" row that has those values,
instead of computing them in each formula.

years 10 thru 19 (in whichever order you choose). Modify the column lookup
