Hi Randy,
I'm having the same issue here with Yahoo formulas this morning.
Upon first opening, I get the dialog box showing "This workbook contains links to one or more external sources that could be unsafe. If you trust the links, update them to get the latest data. Otherwise, you can keep working with the data you have." Clicking update doesn't bring in the last data, and Don't Update keeps yesterday's values.
One particular formula now shows in the formula bar when you click on the cell: (previously it did not show the location of the SMF Add-in, just the formula as written)
='C:\Program Files\SMF Add-in\RCH_Stock_Market_Functions.xla'!RCHGetYahooQuotes(F9,H$4)
This particular formula requires 'l1' in H4 to pull last price for a list of tickers I currently hold. Tickers listed in column F.
As dr_henning@ wrote yesterday, Yahoo did make some changes to their Yahoo Finance page, so I'm assuming page locations of that data points have changed.
Keep me posted.
Thanks much!

Hi Randy,
Thanks for getting back. I didn't make any changes to my excel files or location of the smf add-in files that would break anything. . I was able to fix my problem by re-installing the add-in manager XLA file.
Go to the add-in manager (keyboard shortcut alt+t+i) and click on the Browse... button. Browse to the folder you just created, and select the XLA file from that folder. Just ran that and fixed my problem. The only thing that has changed on my Windows computer is windows updates were installed the previous day. But all is fine now.
Thanks
Don

One more thought. I was using an older version of RCH_stock_market_functions.xla dated 12/7/14 480 KB. I replaced the files in my SMF add-in directory with the latest version and then reinstalled the XLA file. That fixed my problems.

Good morning
I use the RCH functions that extract option expires and strikes from Optionsxpress. They are not working this morning
I have downloaded the latest files and checked that excel is directed to that file - all good
It is still not working
Any suggestions

I'll need specific examples of functions and parameters that aren't working
correctly. I tried a few things and they worked fine for me.

I have the following formula in my spread sheet:
=smfGetOptionQuotes("DDD 1/19 2018 $25 put","5",,"OX2")
It returns about -0.65. I am thinking the right answer should be around -0.99 because the current price of DD is around 15 making the option deep in the money. Please comment.

It's just retrieving what OptionsXPress is showing:
https://www.optionsxpress.com/OXNetTools/Chains/index.aspx?Range=All&lstMarket=0&ChainType=14&lstMonths=01/19/2018;7&Symbol=DDD
-.6367 right now.

Randy,
Thanks for the response. That option is deep in the money. I find it hard to believe that it is -0.6367. Do you think it is right?

No idea. I don't do anything with the Greeks. But iVolatility shows about
the same value (via 888options.com).
They show -0.6571 right now.

Ron, thanks for this great Morningstar.ca web page for historical dividends! I array-entered Randy's formula into an array of cells 26 columns across and 6 rows high, et voila! The web page shows up in Excel. :)
Thanks also to Morningstar.ca and especially to Randy.
