Thanks Randy. I reset the Internet Options and strikes are populating well now but I'll have to wait till the market closes again to see if there are problems after hours. ****
It seems like I am now experiencing are more fundamental problem getting contract prices though.
When I try =smfGetOptionQuotes(C5, $D$4:$G$4, , "Y"), where the references are hopefully self-explanatory, and update with Ctrl+Shift+Enter, I get the following
z b a l MMM 1/18 2019 $170 Put MMM190118P00170000 Error Error Error
When I change the source, the ticket code changes as does the messaging under each price. Note the result when I try =smfGetOptionQuotes(C5, $D$4:$G$4, , "OX3")
z b a l MMM 1/18 2019 $170 Put MMM^^^190118P00170000 Error Error Error
Any thoughts on what's going on here?

Hmmm. When I do both now, I don't get any "Error" results.
* Ticker* * Source* *z* *a* *b*
MMM 1/18 2019 $170 Put Y MMM190118P00170000 24.95 21.2
MMM 1/18 2019 $170 Put Ox3 MMM^^^190118P00170000 24.95 21.2
In any case, no worries on the ticker results from the "z" data item --
that's returning the ticker symbol used by the data source. So, you're
seeing what Yahoo uses for a ticker symbol and what OptionsXPress uses for
a ticker symbol. That's why I created a more readable SMF ticker symbol,
which gets parsed out and translated into what each data source uses so the
add-in can extract the data by searching for their native ticker symbol.
