Data can be retrieved from a number of sources. For example, financials:
http://www.advfn.com/stock-market/NYSE/MMM/financials?btn=annual_reports&mode=company_data
http://financials.morningstar.com/income-statement/is.html?t=MMM®ion=USA&culture=en_US
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/MMM/financials?p=MMM
https://www.gurufocus.com/financials/MMM
https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/MMM/income-statement/annual
For dividends and earnings:
https://www.zacks.com/stock/research/MMM/earnings-announcements#earnings_announcements_dividends
https://www.gurufocus.com/dividend/MMM
https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/MMM/price-history/corporate-actions
http://performance.morningstar.com/stock/performance-return.action?p=dividend_split_page&t=MMM®ion=usa&culture=en-US
How many periods of data for Morningstar and GuruFocus will depend on if you are a member or not.
Easiest is probably to grab one or more of the CSV files from Morningstar:

Hi Randy
How can I extract Morningstar 10 yr eps history.
I used as a base for 10 yr stock price. It's an exported spreadsheet with 10 yr price history.

Try:

I pull historical data for our peer companies to run an analysis every week. I have been using this function for years, but all the data looks different with the updated version. I used to take the close price and adjust for splits on my own, but now it looks like it may be doing that for me? I am trying to capture the close price adjusted for splits, but not dividends. The data that is pulling has the following columns:
Date Open High Low Close Volume Unadj
It looks like maybe I should be using the Unadj, but I wanted to double check that it is adjusting for splits and not dividends. Also is it adjusting for spin offs as well?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you,
Rebecca

O/H/L/C are all now adjusted for dividends. The "Unadj" should be adjusted
for everything except for dividends.

Randy,
As I recall, there is still an issue correctly retrieving weekly and monthly prices. Is that issue now resolved?
Thanks,
Gary

Yahoo is still adjusting the end-of-period close for a dividend that
occurred DURING the period.
I documented an example yesterday on another forum:
