I can download the CSV now. In future when I encounter similar situation , how to determine the type ? In this case , it is 4 and is there any reference on this setting ?

I don't have a clue. I just looked to see what CSV the option downloaded.
Not sure what options might be available...
These days, I activate the "Network Sniffer" extension in Chrome to monitor
what Chrome is accessing.
