Finally getting around to updating my worksheets to replace YahooQuotes with YahooPortfolioView.
Is there a limit to the number of cell references it can contain? I am using this formula "=smfGetYahooPortfolioView(A3:A203,B1:G1)". I am only getting data for the first 21 stock symbols that are in cells A2 to A202. Any symbol contained in a cell below A44 doesn't return any values. If I place the symbol above A44 I get data.
Thoughts?

I assume you are using an older version of the add-in?
I rewrote smfGetYahooPortfolioView() on 2017-10-21 to process the JSON file
line-by-line instead of field-by-field. It made it faster and allowed for
more ticker symbols. The old method had a file size limit of 32767 bytes,
so it could only contain data for several dozen companies. I think I tested
it with the 500 stocks from the S&P 500 index, but didn't try more ticker
symbols than that.
There were also a number of other changes to the routine, so you should use
the most recent release.

Thanks for the reply. I am running the 11/30/17 release. I will try re-installing.

Re-installed - verified version is 2.1.2017.11.30
I'm running an old version of Excel - could that be causing the problem?

I don't think the version of EXCEL would matter. I just verified that I can
do the S&P 500 stocks. You don't have any other unusual situations, like
non-USA?
Can you start with the template from the web site, copy your ticker symbols
into it, then see what happens?
If that still doesn't work, add this to cell B1:
=RCHGetElementNumber("Version")
Then save a local copy of the workbook and attach it to an email so I can
take a look at it.
