In both cases, why wouldn't you just use smfGetYahooHistory()?

In any case, neither of the web pages you cite are good candidates for
extraction, as they are dynamically building the dividend tables. You'd
need to extract the data piecemeal for a scripting file that builds the
table. Not a trivial extraction.
