Re: [smf_addin] Financials not matching web

Yes, I actually use JSON files in my VB program.  Still test on an exile sheet the checks both JSON and the Elements which do not always agree.  JSON almost always agrees with the website except in this case.

You need to pull data from the JSON files now. For example, using the list of "modules" and "field names" found in the "Elements" folder on the website for stocks:

=smfGetYahooJSONField("HLT","cashflowStatementHistory","quoteSummary.result.0.cashflowStatementHistory.cashflowStatements.0.netIncome.raw")

ModuleUsable field name
cashflowStatementHistoryquoteSummary.result.0.cashflowStatementHistory.cashflowStatements.0.netIncome.raw
cashflowStatementHistoryquoteSummary.result.0.cashflowStatementHistory.cashflowStatements.1.netIncome.raw
cashflowStatementHistoryquoteSummary.result.0.cashflowStatementHistory.cashflowStatements.2.netIncome.raw
cashflowStatementHistoryQuarterlyquoteSummary.result.0.cashflowStatementHistoryQuarterly.cashflowStatements.0.netIncome.raw
cashflowStatementHistoryQuarterlyquoteSummary.result.0.cashflowStatementHistoryQuarterly.cashflowStatements.1.netIncome.raw
cashflowStatementHistoryQuarterlyquoteSummary.result.0.cashflowStatementHistoryQuarterly.cashflowStatements.2.netIncome.raw
cashflowStatementHistoryQuarterlyquoteSummary.result.0.cashflowStatementHistoryQuarterly.cashflowStatements.3.netIncome.raw

What file are you using to pull financials from yahoo.

I remember there used to be a template file very popular, but I can not remember the name of the file.

I would like to pull stock company financials to review..
