[ExcelVBA] Preformatting rows and cells?

*Hello. I made a 8 by 5 inch index card in Excel that I really love the
format of. It is 23 rows deep. Several rows have different row heights.

Can I copy the row, and cell formats of these 23 rows all the way down so
when I go to enter data into them, the cell/row is already formatted?
Possible? How?
*
*Thank you.
