I have a workbook with VBA sort routines that maintain the selected cell after the sort. That is, the cell selected moves to wherever it gets sorted to. In a large resource tracking sheet, I wanted to see where I was moving the row I was working on to, when I hit the sort button.
Algorithm:
I simply put non-valid data in a cell in the selected row, then search for the data and replace the original data after the sort.
I'll provide it on request. Email for faster response since I don't monitor this group.
