For a given ticker, from where and how might I extract its domicile address (city, state/province, country)?

By domicile address, I mean the HQ for tax purposes. Some companies may have their HQ in Ireland or Switzerland but their Operational HQ in the United States.

I know of several sources of addresses, but I don't know if they fit your

Not really. I find new ones all the time. When they first converted to
dynamic web pages, I listed a few of them:
