You can pull them from Yahoo's Key Statistics web page (stocks only), with:
=RCHGetElementNumber("MMM",992)
=RCHGetElementNumber("MMM",991)

Thanks Randy, looks like this is historic data. Is there any data that shows next quarters exact dates? What I have setup now is just adding 90 days to the historic data which will be close but not always exact.

They won't show "next" until after the dividend has actually been declared
by the company. So most of the time, it will point to the last paid
dividend. For some companies, it will even go ex-dividend before Yahoo
updates the dates because the company declares the dividend and the
ex-dividend date is only a day or two later.
You'd be better off adding 365 days to the previous year equivalent than 90
days since the last, because the declarations usually coincide with when
financials are released, and there can be different delays between the
quarterly and annual earnings results announcements.

I'm trying to find a source that shows upcoming conference/event dates (not quarterly earnings calls, but things like presenting at JP Morgan conference, or an Investor Analyst Day).
The only source I'm aware of for this is briefing.com (which I do have a subscription for).
1. Is there another source you'd suggest (briefing isn't that complete)
2. I'm not sure how to create code to grab the info for Briefing.
for example:
http://www.briefing.com/InPlayEq/Search/Ticker.htm?ticker=lpsn http://www.briefing.com/InPlayEq/Search/Ticker.htm?ticker=lpsn
want to be able to grab data for the upcoming CONFERENCES. Specifically the DATE and EVENT NAME.
Thanks for all the help!

Sorry, but I don't follow such items, no I'm not aware of the various data
sources that might be available.
I can't use the URL you gave me as it wants me to log in.

I was looking recently for similar data re shareholder meetings. Bloomberg had such info and ceased compiling it a few years ago. Though it's out of the scope of SMF and likely expensive, if you're interested in consolidated brokerage conferences and analysts day calendars, your best bet is likely Bloomberg.
If you find another source, please kindly inform.
