Good. Although I had thought that I would not work because the year parameter is between <form> and </form> tag (submited by post ) and not in the Url (submitted by get)

Now I am relatively sure that somewhere changing those Chinese characters to be something else is not excel or its Windows communication library because when I input the webpage by Excel's "get outside data from websit" it works well. I think it's more possible that problems occurs in the function smfGetWebPage in the modUtilities and "Public sData(1 To 3) As String ' 1 = Raw data, 2 = Stripped data, 3 = Upper case of stripped data" where the sData(1) haven't Raw data. I haven't found the exact places that the problem occurs and the good ways to solve the mangle of the chinese charaters.
