Hello everyone i've been banging my head off and on for a long while now on this problem and i hope someone can help.
I have a couple of situations where i need to copy a table from different websites and put the information into a spreadsheet. the information in the table varies in size and punctuations. when i try to just copy and paste the returns with in the table cells cause excel to create new rows.
same with trying to go through word the hard/soft returns cause multiple rows. so my current fix is to copy to word then replace the returns with - - then copy to excel...
My question: is there a way to copy/import without the returns causing so much trouble?
