Dear Riska,
Conditional Formatting kan bisa tergantung dari rumus/ formula atau value.

Kalau maunya berwarna merah jika diatas 2,
bukankah bisa dengan conditional formatting if value greater than 2, Pattern merah?

mungkin masalahnya ada di sel yang agank abzolutkan di conditional
formatting agank tulis =$C$1 (harusnya $C1) karena yang di nili sel c1
melulu... zemoga membantu. salam R125
