*I finally found the problem. The problem was I had merged cells WAY down
where I didn't see it, and I some data way, way off to the right. It took
me hours to find it. Usually I work faster than that. Once I removed those
rows and columns, Format Painter worked beautifully!
I had heard of, but not used AutoFill before. Thanks for suggesting it- I
will remember that and I probably will use it real soon.
