[ExcelVBA] Re: Rename Files in Folders to Include Folder Names

Hi,

Update. I've found Ron De bruin's Merge data macros that bring in the whole file path into a single spreadsheet along with the data I needed from each workbook. I tweaked it a little and got it to bring the data into the workbook that has the code in it rather than let it create a seperate workbook with all the data. If anyone wants to see it, I'll post it or send it to them.

Thanks,

Steve

Inside these folders are some test results that are automatically generated by some software from a torque analyzer. Those file names are something like "QuickTest2 3-30-2012 9-59-40 AM.xls". Somehow, I need the folder information and the date information in each of the file names. I can lose the "QuickTest2" part.
