Hi Team,
I have a master database in Excel file 2007 having more than 80K to 90K rows and the file size is around 30 MB after converting into binary file. I dont want to include my pivot tables in the same file since the file size is more 30 MB.
Please assist me on the below points:-
1) Is there any other option to reduce the file size (I have removed colors and unwanted formats) rather than converting into binary file (*.xlsb).
2) How do we prepare multiple pivot tables from the external source (Excel *.xlsb) file.
3) Is that anyway we can control the pivot table by using Excel VBA macro. For example preparing the pivot with multiple sheets, locking the pivot fields etc.,
I am not much familiar of the pivot table options. It would be really helpful if anyone could help me on the above issue.
Thanks & Regards
