My Firefox was upgraded last week and now I cannot use the mouse right button to bring up the context menu to chose "View Selection Source" after Ctrl+A. I'm using version Firefox version 13.0.1

 Am I missing a Plugin?

Take a look on Firefox Tool / Content ( at right javascript enabled )
advanced preferences "disable or replace contextual menus might be
enabled". This would prevent the site from disabling the context menu.
However, if you turn it off, it also means a site can't modify the context
 menu (which might be useful).
