Have you tried googling for this. A quick search with "Excel data from web" gave me 467 million hits!!

Subject: [ExcelVBA] Access the WEB from EXCEL
I have a spreadsheet that needs data from the WEB.
I have the URL, the navigation within the website, and the prompts I need to
fill in once I am there.
So, I do I program that into a macro and then extract the information from the
website once the data is returned?
Here is the data from the spreadsheet:
Country City Postal Code
Row:
USA Solon 52338
USA SUNNYVALE 65111
