Hi Randy - using the M* template in the working in progress folder. The currency that you use is hard coded as USD, but Canadian stocks have CAD as currency.
http://financials.morningstar.com/valuation/earnings-estimates.html?t=BCE
May I ask you to create an element for the currency value, and modify the template?
Thank you very much.

Jose L. Jacob

Since it's just a label on the template, I'm more inclined to just change
the label to be "Amount".

Hi Randy - what I am asking is to retrieve from the internet the value (USD or CAD) and write it in the template as a variable. Currently in the template the literal is a hard coded "USD".
To do that I am suggesting to define al element # for the currency to use, and stick that in the spreadsheet.
See the following page for an example of a Canadian stock:

All,
I think MSN data retrieval is now broken. I used =RCHGetElementNumber(Ticker,34) for 52 week high from MSN data and others. It is showing error in the past few days. I downloaded "SMF-Template-MSN-Key-Ratio-Comparisons.xls" from ogres-crypt.com/SMF template session to see if it is my spreadsheet issue but they are having the same issue with MSN data.
Please let me know where to send problem report.
Thank you,
Ryan

Just use the RCHGetTableCell() function. For example:
=RCHGetTableCell("http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=VRX",1,">Net
Institutional",">Net Shares Purchased")
=RCHGetTableCell("http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=VRX",1,">Net
Institutional",">% Change")
