Haven't seen any posts from Randy in 3 weeks. Did I miss something? I hope everything is OK.

I have numerous spreadsheets that use the SMF add-in. To date, all have worked as expected when opening the workbook: the prices load immediately, I can add new tickers or change tickers, etc. with no problem.
But then I made a new workbook, doing everything just as I have always done, and it refuses to auto-start SMF. I had to go to Data>Edit Links>Open Source>Enable Macros. Finally in frustration I put in a Workbook_Open macro that starts SMF, which fixes it, but I am not happy with this workaround. Why does it work in all my other workbooks but not this one? I have tried every setting I can think of.
Thanks to anyone who can shed light on this!
