salam para master Excel, semoga sehat semuanya .....

q salah seorang TU di sekolah swasta d semarang mohon bantuannya ....

tolong buatin tutorial untuk pembayaran administrasi siswa seperti spp, uang gedung, Osis, LKS, dll ....intinya kita bisa tau tunggakan siswa persemester siapa yang belum lunas untuk di jadikan syart untuk mengikuti ujian semester. ( dengan gambar lebih bagus). syukur2 aplikasi yang sudah jadi ... tapi yang bisa di edit sesuai kebutuhan sekolah kami .

maksih sebelum dan sesudahnya ....

Iya mbak siti saya sudah coba pkai datedif, klo datedif jadinya khan sisa bulan dan sisa harinya, tapi pada contoh saya missal :
Mulai bekerja : I januari 2011
Habis kontrak : 15 january 2012
Tapi mengundurkan diri pada : 15 november 2011

Sisa kontraknya di breakdown :
Sisa bulan November = 15 hari ( 1 bulan dihitung 30 hari)
Pada bulan desember penuh 30 hari jadi = 1 bulan
Di bulan januari sisa 15 hari

Jadi sisa tersebut di rinci dalam kolom2 pad afile
Mohon masukannya

Trims pak ferdiansyah, Cuma ada kesalahan juga dari saya di kolom total ganti rugi yang benar seperti dibawah ini,

=((I7+J7+K7)/30)*L7+(I7+J7+K7)+((I7+J7+K7)/30)*N7

Mungkin bermanfaat buat yang lain jadi saya lampirkan file jawaban dari pak ferdiansyah dimana rumus totalnya sudah saya perbaiki

Rasanya sudah sangat sering "dihimbau"oleh moderator beberapa hal seperti :
- Judul "mohon bantuan" --> tidak mencerminkan topik yang ditanyakan
- Pertanyaan dalam bentuk kalimat, tanpa lampiran worksheet.
 
Saya yakin banyak rekan yang ingin menjawab, termasuk saya, namun ....
- Perlu imajinasi yang belum tentu sesuai keinginan penanya
- Sesudah dijawab pasti akan timbul pertanyaan lagi dari penanya karena jawabannya kemungkinan besar tidak sesuai dengan keinginan
- Apalagi ada tambahan kalimat "tapi yang bisa di edit sesuai kebutuhan sekolah kami" seperti dipertanyakan oleh Pak Herry.
 
Sedikit tambahan, pemecahan sauatu masalah sangat tergantung dari identifikasi masalah.
 
Mari kita tunggu contoh worksheet dan keinginan dari penanya.
