Rather than looking for books, I'd suggest you record some simple macros of
yourself doing things to data in a spreadsheet. Then the code will show you
the use of Range and other objects doing things you just did by hand.

There is also a huge amount of information on the Internet, available via a
Google search.

The other point I always make, is not to start trying to learn a new
paradigm in isolation. Find an actual program fragment you want to write,
and then research you way through achieving it. As you have already written
programs in the past, you are simply looking for "how do I do that bit in
VBA?".
