[ExcelVBA] Unable to include MSFlexGrid in VBA

 

HI Friends,
 
I am unable to include MSFlexGrid in my VBA project.  I haven't installed VB6 in my system. Moreover, the .ocx file for MSFlexgrid is available in the \windows32  folder.
 
Could you anyone help me, how to include MSFlexGrid in Excel VBA projects.
