RCHGetYahooQuotes failing to get quotes for all these symbols:

^DJUSBT ^DJUSCH ^DJUSCT ^DJUSCR ^DJUSCN ^DJUSCE ^DJUSFN ^DJUSIV ^DJUSOL
^DJUSPR ^DJUSRT ^DJUSSB ^DJUSSC ^DJUSWC ^DJUSRE ^DJUBS ^DJUBS ^DJUSl
^DJCBTI

What is the problem?
And how to overcome it?

Dow Jones is preventing Yahoo from distributing the quotes via the CSV
interface:

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/finance/known_issues/fitaki-13.html

You can get them individually using RCHGetTableCell() functions, but it
will be a lot slower.
