Problems w/ RCHGetElementNumber on a new install

Randy,


Just built a new computer w/ a fresh win 10 Pro 64 bit Version 1903.


Element #'s 4942, 5061,5064, 5079, & 5093 return "Not Found"


But, elements 4017-4790 work just fine.


On my lap top and old desk top (both running Version 1809) all elements work just fine.


Any ideas?
