Excel keeps telling me can't find add in when I open spreadsheets although I've updated the links and the location of the add in in 'options'

Yahoo Finance & MSN etc. dont have good earnings estaimates data for foreign stocks. Reuters.com does. Has anyone built anything to access the data from reuters.com or any other alternative source that is good for foreign stocks?

I just tried ticker HMb.ST with the
RCHGetTableCell-Template-Reuters-Analysts.xls template from the files area
and it seems to work OK...

Hello,

Zacks provides quite interesting data part of them are already included in SMF elements (848-876; 13869-13890) and template, but few quite unique are missing, such as variable in Zacks screen (http://www.zacks.com/screening_2/custom/) for: Ownership and Broker Rating & Changes.

I don't know where also such info can be found for free at WWW. Anny suggestions?

Everything I have for screening output is stuff I wouldn't document,
especially since they seem to be making changes to it quite often. My
membership there has lapsed, so I don't have access to a lot of their data
any more.

Hi Randy,

You do NOT need access for most of Zacks data. Yes they change WWW design but they keep old one active (e.g. the link I mentioned is their "old" custom screen builder and it works as good as their "new" screen builder).
Can you suggest how to create elements to Zacks' items "Change in Insider Holdings" (in screen Ownership area) and "Change in Avg Rec" in in screen Broker Rating& Changes area) please?

Just run your screen and save the link that is on the "Export" button. Then
do something like:

=smfGetCSVFile("
http://www.zacks.com/screening_2/custom/export.php?rptid=xxxx&sid=yyyy")

...where you'll have custom values for "xxxx" and "yyyy" that were generated
when you created the screen. That gave me something like:

MSN StockScouter Web Page Error

It looks like MSN changed the link to their StockScouter web page.

I was receiving Error in data from the StockScouter page. When I went
to this URL

There are new element definitions for MSN web pages in the "Works in
Progress" folder. I had to redefine the elements when they changed their web
site back in January.

Running SMF on german excel

Hi,

I am trying to install your add in on my PC. Excel 2003 Windows XP. I don't
have a my programs on my c drive it's all installed on e. I have changed the
source of the add in to correct position.
Excel is showing a message like "the name is not defined or it is refering
to a rectangular area".

Do you have an idea how I can get to work? How do I create the formulars?

Your help is highly appreciated.
