You aren't doing the concatenations to cell references correctly in the
URL, plus you have the wrong URL if you want to look something up by ticker
symbol. Try:

=RCHGetTableCell("
http://www.j3sg.com/Reports/Stock-Insider/Generate.php?DV=yes&tickerLookUp="&C14,1,">Total
Shares Sold")

You could speed up the calculation tremendously if you do one array-entered
RCHGetYahooQuotes() instead of having one per cell.
