Looks like a temporary problem with barchart.com. I'm not able to get their
option quotes via the browser either.

I am downloading financial statements from www.shareinvestor.com http://www..shareinvestor.com for a long list of companies.
The website recently started to block IPs temporary when I do too many requests.
I cannot complete the download of my table everytime.
How to set the function to resume the download from the last error cell?

Alternative historical data ?

Hi Randy, previously I'd sent the suggestions for yahoo data but till now still no response whatsoever.. plus I noticed that there were more data discrepancies than I've expected previously, rendering the data for Malaysian markets unreliable..
As such, I would like to know if the smfgetyahoohistory function can be modified to download data from investing.com instead? which I've found their data to be good for Malaysian stocks..
