Dear All,

Mohon dbantu,Saya terdapat Case dimana saat saya Record macro atau Edit Macro, Excel nya langsung not responding atau langsung restart.
Namun jika hanya menjalankan Macro yang sudah ada bisa dan normal berjalan.

Hal ini menyebabkan saya tidak dapat membuat report baru dan tidak bisa mengubah Coding yang sudah ada.

Sebagai tambahan informasi, Saya menggunakan window 10 dengan Microsoft 2010. Sebelum nya laptop saya sering restart karena tidak mengerti,
Saya salah ke klik Clean dan semua instalan hilang. Sebelum case case tersebut saya masih bisa Record ataupun edit Macro sekarang kondisinya seperti tidak bisa record atau Edit.

Mohon penerahannya, Apakah terdapat salah setting di Excel nya dan hal apa yang saya perlu lakukan agar kembali normal.

Hai Apri,

Coba dulu begini ya :
0. coba clean up temp folder (cari di windows explorer dengan search key
%temp%), hapus isi folder tersebut,, update office-nya, coba record macro
** kalau masih crash, coba cara 1

1. buka excel yang akan di record macro, lakukan save as Macro enable
workbook atau binary (xlsm atau xlsb), lalu coba record macro
** kalau masih crash, coba cara 2

2. ke Excel Options -> Trust center -> trust center settings -> pilih
enable macro -> centang trust vba blabla -> ok sampai kembali ke worksheet
-> coba record macro
** kalau masih crash, kembalikan setting di atas menjadi disable with
notif dan hilangkan centang trust vba blabla, lalu coba cara 3

3. ke Excel Options -> Add-ins -> disable seluruh addin yang aktif -> coba
record macro
** kalau masih crash, aktifkan kembali addins, lalu coba cara 4

4. ke Excel Options -> Advanced -> cari bagian General -> ubah status
centangan di item ignore other application that use dde -> coba record macro
** kalau masih crash, ubah kembali status centangan di item cara nomor
4 ini, lalu coba cara 5

5. ke Excel Options -> Advanced -> cari bagian Editing Options -> ubah
status centangan di item Extend data range blabla -> coba record macro
** kalau masih crash, ubah kembali status centangan di item cara nomor
5 ini, lalu coba cara 6

6. coba tambah sheet baru, isi beberapa cells di sheet baru, lalu coba
record macro untuk hapus isi cells di sheet baru tersebut
** kalau masih crash, coba cara 7

7. coba repair install-an office-nya, coba record macro
** kalau masih crash, coba cara 8

8. uninstall office-nya (clean uninstall), lalu install ulang (pastikan
fitur VBA tercentang), coba record macro
** kalau masih crash, pakai Office versi atasnya saja ya... tapi clean
uninstall yang lama, dan install yang versi baru, lalu update

Randy has helped a lot of d-i-y investors with his famous Stock Market Functions Add-in. At the same time we observed trend of converting free financial data into subscribe-based businesses, which is OK because most of data providers are for-profit companies. Unfortunately many small investors cannot afford subscribtion(s), so usability of SMF decreases.
Nevertheless where are non-profit organizations that still provide (and will provide) free financial data (e.g. SEC with their EDGAR WWW site - https://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html). https://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html which by-the-way is original (and so most reliable) source of information.



I'd strongly appreciate if Randy and other computer savvy members of smf_addin group develop SMF elements and arrays that allows extract multi-years financial data EDGAR WWW site. IMHO it will be extremely helpful for all d-i-y investors.

Can you give me an example URL of what you mean? Last time I looked at
Edgar, it was all individual filings, and different formats.

Not sure if this will be of value to you, but Microsoft Office 365 now offers free access to a few Morningstar stock fields from within Excel.

Also, I think your ticker symbol needs two country codes to get an exchange
rate...

    For i = seka.Value To Tekan.Value

Cekrip tersebut berjalan baik jika saya buka di excel 2007 dan 2010,
namun tidak dapat berjalan baik pada excel 2013 (saya perintah untuk
print halaman 1 - 20, hanya ngeprint halaman 5 dan 13 saja).

Apakah kesalahannya? atau adakah perbaikannya?

dbf file bisa dibuka melalui menu File Open -> pilih all files -> pilih
nama file dbf nya -> Open
Langkah di atas bisa di-record macro, kemudian disesuaikan nama file dan
folder yang dipilih user dengan variabel tertentu.

Catatan :
dbf file memiliki banyak varian, jadi pastikan dbf file yang dimaskud
adalah dbf table file yang di-ekspor menjadi dbf file format dbase III ke
atas.

Mengapa dalam suatu kasus saya, sewaktu meletakkan filed misalnya TANGGAL INPUT (pemahaman saya, data sudah berformat tanggal) pada bagian filter pivot , tetapi sewaktu saya mau memilih tanggal, data tanggal yang tersedia itu tidak urut , kadang juga muncul 02/01/1900 , blank dan 00.00.00 .. ??


Iseng saya mau ganti pakai timeline slicer tetapi tidak bisa. apa kemungkinan data TANGGAL INPUT terdapat data tanggal yang formatnya tidak seragam ya ?
