If you just wanted to see the P&F chart in an excel spreadsheet, I believe you could pull down a P&F chart from stockcharts.com, if you have a subscription with them.
This would not enable you to get the data into a table, but it would enable you do easily see the P&F chart itself for your list of stock tickers, once you update it. I've never tried it with P&F charts, but I think it should work.
Randy shared that a couple years ago and I've used it with price and line charts ever since.
