This is not an smf problem per se, but yahoo is incorrectly reporting bid, ask, open interest and other functions as 0 on certain option positions, whereas my fidelity and schwab accounts are reporting positive numbers. I've attached photos of an example showing the difference.

Obviously this means that functions which rely on smfgetyahooportfolioview are not giving me the data I need.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks,
Pete

Sorry, but there's nothing I can do about Yahoo's data...

The Yahoo image says it's as of 9:30 am EST. Yahoo's option prices are
delayed, so I would never expect them to match prices on trading platforms.

Thanks, Randy. I realize that. Is there an alternative way to get the data?

You could try picking them up from your trading platforms. But that
probably requires creating the necessary security cookies so EXCEL and the
add-in can access their web pages. And it will be much slower grabbing them
page by page for each ticker symbol.
