Re: [ExcelVBA] Weather data

Robert-

Is there a specific need to capture live data?  I know that the Weather
Underground (www.wunderground.com) has daily weather data (which includes an
hourly snapshot of a variety of weather stats) available.  There are at least a
couple methods that can be applied to snag that data from the web pages using
VBA.  You could use something along those lines and knock out the project in a
few minutes instead of keeping the computer running something for a couple
weeks.

Subject: [ExcelVBA] Weather data

*A neighborhood kid wants some help in tracking weather information. Is
there a way to automatically obtain and save in Excel hourly data, for say,
two weeks- if I leave Excel open all the time?
*
*Thank you.
