I don't know that (attachment)

I am preparing a invenory control in MS-Access for Optical Centre
I am a beginner to MS Access

with that table I can able to make a small inventory system for Optical Centre
it is very headache to me every month taking net stock

that is the reason I am planning to prepare a small inventory for Optical Centre

If anybody can assist me please
