OK, I just stumbled across one way to get back to seeing the worksheet. That is, I opened another excel file and as soon as I did I saw an icon at the bottom of my screen that allowed me to click open the worksheet.

The problem I'm having is I don't know how to get back to the worksheet where the data is being collected because it is hidden. I'm sure this is a no-brainer, but I have no clue how to get back to the worksheets to view the data if I want to see what is being put in there.
