I have created an excel template that has a number of worksheets with very little data on each worksheet. Essentially I have a front end where users selects items from a drop down list and the the costs are automatically populated. The backend consists of 6 worksheets listing specific items for each dropdown list. None of the backend worksheets have more than 100 text line items but my file size is still 450KB . There are also a few small VBA scripts that add lines, perform lookups etc. in the workbook too. Is there anything I can do to optimise the file size to make it more email friendly?
Any suggestions will be much appreciated
