Randy, the sample you posted doesn't look right to me. It is skipping the 2019 dividend, 2 2018 dividends, etc.

You could easily extract the table into another table, keeping only rows of dividend payments.  For example, if I do the RCHGetHTMLTable() in cells B1:Gnnn, you could use an array-entered formula to extract a column with something like:

=DATEVALUE(INDEX($B:$B,MATCH(LARGE(IFERROR(DATEVALUE($E:$E),0),MATCH(LARGE(IFERROR(DATEVALUE($E:$E),0),ROW($E$1:$E$100)),IFERROR(DATEVALUE($E:$E),0),0)),IFERROR(DATEVALUE($E:$E),0),0)))

I've attached an example using forms of that last array-entered formula..
